I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and OCD.

For Texas clients, I am in-network with United Healthcare/Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and Curative. If you plan to use one of these insurance providers, I am happy to verify your benefits and provide an estimate of your copay prior to your first session.

For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. My fees are $225 for individual therapy sessions and $250 for couples or family sessions. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Please note: I do not provide letters for disability, emotional support animals (ESA), academic accommodations, or employment purposes.
